Google announces on blog of the release of the Android system update Lollipop. Version 5.1 is to ensure stable operation of the equipment, it also introduces a few new features. These are: support for multiple SIM cards feature protection devices, support for HD Audio. This feature is currently only American owners Nexus 6 – allow them – according to Google – enjoy the “crystal clear sound during calls.”
Users of smartphones with Android Lollipop will therefore be able to use multiple SIM cards.
The most important seems to be a function Protection Device. Smartphone or tablet remain locked even if you restore it to factory settings. The only way to unlock the device will log in to the account owner with the correct password. Protection will be available for devices with Android 5.1 Lollipop.
Changing Android device security seems to be very important. Let’s hope that the protection devices will be as effective as the solution to Apple – as we all know the iPhone reported as stolen becomes basically useless. It is a pity that the security is available to as less popular version of Android.
