I will be brutal: Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge is not a revolution. Though bent on both sides of the screen is fairly impressive, its functionality is limited to a minimum. We will find there a shortcut to useful options or ruler, as in the Galaxy Note Edge. When the main screen is switched on, the side only allow quick access to selected contacts. When the main screen is off, you can rub side to have appeared on the notice. Truthfully, I was expecting something a little more unusual. It’s useful features, but nothing that would really be a breakthrough.
So S6 and S6 Edge doing great at first impression. They are very handy, lightweight and securely in the hand. They seem to be made of glass, are colorful and reflect light in all directions. It’s hard not to admire. One problem? Fingerprints. After a while, there are plenty of the entire housing. Samsung were sometimes associated with plastics, who knows, it may now be associated with greasy fingers …? Some people will not like it too protruding camera lens – as always in such cases, you will be exposed to damage.
But I have no doubt as to the display – it is sensational. It seems that it does not touch the protective glass layer, but the same letters that seem to “go out” on the screen. I do not know if I’ve seen before so sharp and clear, so vivid, bright colors. “Es six” in this regard are very plastic, sometimes I felt like I was looking at a photo or something painted on glossy paper, and not interactive display.
Samsung ensures that new smartphones will also be speed demons, but hard to tell if this will happen, after a brief presentation at the fair MWC. S6 and, above all, S6 Edge is a step in an interesting site; the direction in which the moment none of competition do not go. When smart phones will go on sale, we will see whether to please ordinary users. Certainly, to launch the new iPhone will be the most desirable phones on the market.
