I am cheering for Windows Phone. When it was unveiled in 2010, he carried with it the promise of freshness. He could not recall any document available to the mobile operating system – tiles with upgrade-to-date information seemed like a good idea.

Microsoft theoretically could count on partners with whom to date collaborated on the development of Windows machines. But Windows Phone has never had risen more than 5% market share. In this respect Poland is an exception, at the peak (2013) share of the smartphone market has exceeded 16%, and today Nokia devices themselves represent our country 8% of devices (according to research by Gemius September 2015). Today the share of Windows Phone in the global market for mobile operating systems is – after five years! – Only 2.6%.

In 2010, both iOS and Android were already quite well developed. In 2010, the market there are also two smartphones that have determined the line of development of Android:

At first, only three manufacturers – HTC. LG and Samsung – created device Widnows Phone. A year later while struggling with enormous problems Nokia formed a strategic partnership with Microsoft under which it was announced that from now on all devices Finnish manufacturer will work under Windows Phone’a.
