CES 2016 is an opportunity to many premieres, Acer caught our attention up to five products.

Liquid Jade Primo – a powerful smartphone with Windows 10

The greatest interest is a smartphone with a mobile version of Windows 10. The Acer Liquid Jade Primo has a screen size of 5.5 inches (AMOLED Full HD), is equipped processor Qualcomm Snapdragon 808, 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal memory. The main camera can capture images at a resolution of 21 MP, the second, thanks to the resolution of 8MP, will provide good quality selfie. Liquid Jade Primo has a rounded, slightly oblong shape, cover with characteristic abrasions.
The smartphone allows you to enjoy the capabilities of Windows 10. With USB-C can be connected to the appropriate computer and go Continuum mode. We tested this solution and we are slightly disappointed it , but we do not know yet how checks on Acer hardware. Maybe it will work better than the Lumia 950 Microsoft.
Aspire Switch 12 S – an interesting hybrid 4K

According to the latest market research growing product category this year will be hybrids. At CES 2016 Acer unveiled a new product in this category. Aspire Switch 12 S Windows 10 has a screen size of 12.5 inches with an impressive resolution of 4K. It works based on Intel Core M sixth generation. The user has at his disposal from 4 to 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB or 256 GB of storage (SSD.)
Aspire Switch 12 S is quite advanced device equipped with, among others, Intel RealSense at the camera. Allows you to capture motion and create 3D models or 3D scans of objects or even entire rooms.
Thanks to USB-C Aspire switch 12 S is convenient way to connect to a larger monitor.
Hybrid Acer has an interesting design. Also noteworthy is the keyboard and hinge Hinge Snap bezzatrzaskowy uses a magnetic mechanism. Acer Chromebook 11 – looks great and works nine hours
At CES 2016 we saw a new device series Chromebook 11 . Netbook controlled running Google Chrome OS is equipped with a display 11.6-inch (1366×768 pixels), which uses Acer ComfyView solution allowing to reduce glare, reducing eye strain. The heart of the Chromebook is a quad-core processor Intel Celeron. “Eleven” is available with 2 GB or 4 GB of RAM and 16 GB or 32 GB eMMC storage. The battery is allowed to work for up to nine hours – it quite a bit.
The Chromebook is equipped with a camera HDR and stereo speakers – check so the media and at conferences conducted using Skype or Hangout.

The Acer Chromebook 11 should draw the attention of those who depend on mechanical resistance to damage. Chromebook 11 has been strengthened and can withstand up to 60kg pressure on the flap. Acer Iconia One 8 – tailored to the needs of children

At CES 2016 Acer also unveiled the tablet profiled for the needs of children and little advanced users. One Iconia 8 (B1-850) has ośmiocalowy display (HD IPS). The tablet runs on Android 5.1. It is equipped with quad-core MediaTek, a rear 5MP camera, front camera with a resolution of 2MP, DDR3L 1GB of RAM, 16GB of internal memory and a microSD slot supporting cards of up to 128GB. The new Iconia One 8 is available with white or black housing. The battery that provides work for 9 hours.
Acer, declares that thanks to special intelligent tools for tablet control is so simple that it can be used a child or a person with weaker skills of digital content.
Accessibility and price
Like other premiere products Acer Iconia One 8 will go to the Polish in March, then I’ll find out how much it will cost.
Aspire V Nitro Black Edition – laptop for gamers with unusual camera Intel

Another premiere at CES 2016 laptop designed for gamers. Aspire V Nitro Black Edition is the first model of the new and improved camera Intel RealSense. It works now within 1.5 meters of the device provides a more precise mapping and control gestures and object recognition. The 2D mode may operate at a rate of 60 fps. Intel RealSense camera also enables scanning and printing in 3D. Users can simply scan the object using a 3D camera and save the image. Laptops Acer Aspire V Nitro Black Edition, Version 15 and 17-inch will be available in Poland in March. Prices are not yet known.
Acer unveiled at CES quite a lot of products. None of them sets a new standard in the industry, there is a breakthrough. But that does not mean that the products are not important for the consumer – the new generation of devices is much more efficient and improved in many areas. Therefore, it is worth attention.
