CES 2017: Plextor shows new discs 3D NAND and new model M8Se – wirtualnemedia.pl

the New Plextor drives based on the memory module 3D NAND. The new range of devices will work with the author’s technology from Plextor: PlexNitro (technology, thanks to which the space is not less than that declared by the manufacturer), PlexTurbo (technology cached using RAM to speed hard disk), PlexCompressor (data compression) and PlexVault (create encrypted areas on the drive).

At CES 2017 Plextor will also show you a cheaper alternative flagship drive M8Pe. Model M8Se should be available at the price range. To connect to the computer uses a PCI Express interface, which allows you to reach speeds over 1 GB/sec. This model also debuts a new-generation radiator, which is even better cope with the heat.

the Latest addition to the company Plextor is a portable SOLID state drive Plextor EX1. The device is characterized by dimensions slightly larger from memory of type flash and a weight of 30 grams. The disk allows to read data at speeds up to 550 MB/sec and write up to 500 MB/sec. Is used for connection USB type-C with support for OTG. For file transfer corresponds to the standard USB 3.1 gen 2.
