Automatic update system in Windows 10 was created with the obvious goal – instantaneous distribution of fixes and updates, as the most broad masses of users. However, appearing at an unexpected moment can napsuć blood, especially when we’re working on something important. Everything indicates that soon we will get the opportunity stop and stacking during installation.
According to MS Power User implies that Microsoft is going to soon introduce in Windows 10, the pause function to install updates from Windows Update, as well as shift the date of its installation up to 35 days. Critical security fixes will be installed, because still, even with this option enabled, the pause in the settings.

Presumably, Microsoft plans to add new options, together with a large update to Windows 10 called Creators Update, which will be distributed to users in early next year. It is not clear whether the pause will also receive the owners of OS in versions Home and Pro. At the moment the function was seen only in a test version of Windows 10 for Enterprise.
