A little earlier, at 12:30 in the great Cathedral will celebrate Mass for them Cardinal Kazimierz Nycz. Metropolitan of Warsaw invites all to participate in the march. Hierarch stresses that often talking about the defense of life, dealing with specific issues. Meanwhile, the general need to ask ourselves the question: “Why do you have to defend every life?” According to Cardinal answer is simple – it is a gift from God and is therefore sacred. That’s what I have to remind march.
At 12.30 in the Cathedral of St. Florian at Mass meet the family and defenders of life with Praga district. – We want to give witness to the values that are important to us – says Archbishop Henryk Hoser of the Diocese of Warsaw-Praga. After Mass, the procession will be formed. The participants pass the cathedral on Castle Square. There will join the others and will commence on the march.
Beata Chojnacka, adviser of family life in the Archdiocese of Warsaw, highlights that the march has been held for the tenth time and every year gathers more and more participants.
In anticipation a group of Prague under Sigismund’s Column happening and planned action “diaper for your baby”. Volunteers can bring disposable diapers, toiletries and milk for babies. These things will be forwarded to the House of Single Mothers Archdiocese of Warsaw in Chyliczki.
March Sanctity of Life ends before the Basilica of the Holy Cross at the Krakow suburb. Will be held in the concert of “My Family”.
