So it looks like Cortana Windows 10 (video) – Computer World

In the currently available Windows 10 builds assistant Cortana not
 is still present, but we know that Microsoft is working on
 transfer of this function with Windows Phone 8.1 on board large
 windows.

Meanwhile, Winbeta service arrived to compile Windows 10,
 which started Cortana. To what effect? It can be seen on
 the video below.

We can see that Cortana is started in a small window (center
 shares) and offers some of the features known from Windows Phone, including
 service notifications. The look of the GUI is still at an early stage
 and does not present itself very well. We suspect that Microsoft
 improve the “image” Cort before he gives it to public beta
 tests.

Again, the voice assistant Jen Taylor is hiding, but worth it
