The supervisory board of Polish Television yesterday selected 12 people who passed to the final stage of the competition for the new management of the company. Among the finalists run out, among others, Agnieszka Odorowicz exchanged among the main candidates to win the competition. For the final stage of talks went all the current management TV: Juliusz Braun (chairman), Boguslaw Piwowar and Marian Zalewski.

Stage substantive assessment of the applications have successfully completed a TVP board members from previous years: Janusz Daszczyński, Piotr Gaweł, Jaroslaw Pachowski and Stanislaw Wojcik. In addition, the finals were: TVP Programme Office Director Slawomir Zielinski, director of the TVP Gdańsk Zbigniew Jasiewicz, a journalist Ursula Rzepczak (until recently, the public television correspondent in Rome), former director of TVP 1 Iwona Schymalla and Wieslaw role of the supervisory board of Radio Katowice.
The third stage failed to qualify 23 people, including Agnieszka Odorowicz, director of the Polish Film Institute, considered so far as the favorite of the competition. Currently on the sidelines as a person with big chances for the presidency is indicated Janusz Daszczyński.
Interviews with candidates for the board TVP will take place on 25-27 May. This time, journalists will be able to listen to them in the courtroom (in the previous contest made available to them only after the interrogation video recording). The current management TVP will head the company until the end of the general meeting, which should start no later than June 30.
