Good news from the front line of conservation. Giant panda is no longer an endangered species extinction. This means that despite all the adversity, programs for the protection of animals result in and slowly improve the situation of endangered species. On the occasion of this small success Panda United, we publish a gallery of animals, whose situation has improved since the time when they were protected.

The International Union for Conservation of Nature reported that China recorded more than 1,800 individuals giant panda in the wild. Panda has moved from the category of animals “at risk” (endangered), the category of “vulnerable” (vulnerable). Environmentalists, however, dampen enthusiasm. They emphasize that the change means only that the pandas can still disappear, but it will not happen as quickly as originally thought. Yet the success (even if small) is. If we continue to protect the pandas, we can hope that the species will remain on Earth for a long time.
