Throughout the world there have already been 35 confirmed cases of damage to the built-in battery, and Samsung has announced that it will replace all of the previously sold for deprived defect.
The reason for burning the phone is not yet known, though comforting is the fact that so far no information on the explosions.
And also about the fact that burned more than just a phone.
in addition to the 35 cases on the (estimated) million phones, which have already been sold, a result which, although there is nothing to brag about, but it means that problems have copies of 0.0035%. Ie 99.996% is efficient – and that’s the results quite good!
The official statement of the Polish branch goes like this:
Samsung recognizes delivering products of the highest quality as a priority and each recorded incident by our customers, we take very seriously. In response to recent reports related to Note 7, we conducted a meticulous investigation, which revealed problems with the battery.
So far (as of September 1, 2016) globally recorded 35 such cases. Now we are thorough inspection together with our suppliers to identify all potentially affected batteries. Due to the fact that the safety of our customers is our top priority, we stopped the sale of the model Note 7.
If you already have Note’a 7, you should contact the service Samsung (hotline numbers are 0 801 672 678 and +48 22 607 93 33).
the problem is that on September 7 will be shown new iPhones, so the publicity is definitely not to Samsung on hand …
