Planets are away from Earth just 39 light-years. Size are similar to our planet. Also, temperatures are prevailing are similar to those occurring on Earth.

– This is the first occasion in the history of mankind, to find chemical traces of life outside our solar system – says one of the discoverers – Michael Gillon, an astrophysicist at the University of Liege in Belgium. Stresses that all three planets seem to be similar in size to Earth, “potentially habitable” and close enough to the atmosphere can be examined using the most modern tools.

The scientist added that the discovery opens up a whole new chapter testing for habitable planets.

in conclusion, summarizing the discovery can be read that “taking into account their size and proximity to their stars of low intensity, all three planets may have regions with temperatures in the entire range of relevant to maintain liquid water and life. “

Co-author of the discovery of Julien de Wit from the Institute of Technology in Massachusetts, adds that the proximity of the Earth means that scientists have a chance to learn more about them.
