GOODRAM CX100 – is the name of the newest, Polish SSD – Computerworld

The new hard GOODRAM CX100 has been designed for the growing demand for efficient discs sold at an attractive price. This is the first SSD domestic manufacturer that uses cell Triple-Level Cell, and therefore those in which one cell can store three bits.

NAND / Flash based systems, TLC is characterized by a greater density bits of NAND / Flash MLC-based systems. Therefore, they can be stored in the same area more data. TLC systems could meet so far mainly in memory cards and devices connected to the USB ports. Currently, they are gaining popularity and are entering ever larger bench to mobile devices in the form of a new generation of storage.

The new disc was placed in a black, metal, 2.5-inch casing with a thickness of 7 mm. For each disk manufacturer provides 2.5-milimertrową insert a spacer. GOODRAM CX100 is based on memories NAND / Flash A19 TLC manufactured by Toshiba.

The disks contain Phison controller S10 and reads / writes data sequentially at up to 560/530 MB / s and are able to perform to 88000 Reading and 70,000 write operations per second. In addition, GOODRAM CX100 offers a mean time between failures (MTBF) of 2 million hours and is covered by a 3-year warranty.

The suggested price of the product include: 120GB – 219 zł, 240 GB – 359 zł, 480 GB – 719 zł and 960 GB – 1490 zł.
