The route S7 Lubienia to Rabka is almost 17 km long. The most difficult and most expensive stage of construction will be performing two-chamber tunnel in the massif of Little Lubonia a length of over 2 km. The section of the expressway outside the tunnel on the section Lubień – Repair performs Polish – Ukrainian consortium companies: IDS-BUD SA of Warsaw and Corporation ALTIS-HOLDING from Kiev. The cost of this episode is over 521 million zł, and created it within 22 months not counting periods of winter.
